About the Program
300-Hour Comprehensive Mat + Reformer Certification
The classical Pilates method is the foundation. Understanding it deeply is what makes you a great instructor. We teach you both — the technical knowledge that earns you credibility in any studio, and the teaching skills to make every class feel like you.
WHY OCPA?
Most programs teach you what to do. We teach you how to teach.
Learn To Actually Instruct
Design a flow, observe a room, correct mid-class, hold a space — not just demonstrate exercises.
Foundation First, Always
We root everything in the classical Pilates method so you graduate with the grounding every studio expects.
Real Teaching Practice
Peer teaching rounds and live instructor feedback every weekend. You are not watching. You are doing.
Built By Creative Practicing Instructors
Our program is built on current, real-world studio knowledge — not theory from years ago.

Meet Your Instructors
Charley Carroll and Cory Rojo are active OCP instructors with over 20 years of combined Reformer experience and thousands of students between them. They built OCPA because they saw a gap between what certification programs were producing and what studios actually needed. Every piece of this program is built from real studio knowledge — and every session is small enough that you will actually know them by name.

Charley brings both wisdom and warmth to every session, having taught thousands of students since 2019 through group classes and private instruction. As one of Oak Cliff Pilates’ most beloved and tenured instructors, Charley is known for her unique ability to blend classical and athletic reformer styles, creating flows that challenge and support students of all levels. Her approach is rooted in empathy and adaptability—knowing that great instruction means meeting students exactly where they are and leading them forward with confidence.

Cory is a classically trained BASI (Body Arts and Science International) Pilates Instructor with deep experience across all apparatus, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and more. With over 14 years of dedicated teaching and more than 15 years in the fitness world, Cory believes in the power of mindful movement and that Pilates is far more than a workout—it’s a way of life. Her teaching style blends anatomical precision, grace, and approachability. She’s passionate about guiding students with intention and depth, helping each person discover their unique path through Pilates.
