Welcome to Oak Cliff Pilates (“OCP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, classes, and any other offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.


1. Use of Our Services

a. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are under 18. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

b. Account Registration

To book classes, make purchases, and access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

c. Class Reservations

Reservations are required for classes and can be made through our website or app. Classes are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may vary.


2. Payments and Fees

a. Pricing and Promotions

Our class prices, membership fees, and promotional offers are displayed on our website and may be subject to change. Special offers, such as the “3 classes for $25” promotion, are available for a limited time and may have specific terms. Prices for memberships and packages purchased prior to our new studio opening will be honored as long as the membership remains active.

b. Payment Terms

Payment for classes, memberships, and packages is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

c. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in certain cases as required by law or stated in our policies. If you need to cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows and late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions or fees.


3. Memberships and Packages

a. Membership Types

We offer various membership options, including single sessions, packages, and monthly memberships. Each membership type has its own benefits, fees, and terms.

b. Membership Termination

OCP reserves the right to terminate memberships for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these Terms or engaging in inappropriate behavior at our studio.

c. Locking in Membership Rates

Memberships purchased prior to November 18, 2024, will be honored at existing rates, provided they remain active. Rates for memberships purchased after this date may be subject to an increase.


4. Studio Policies

a. Health and Safety

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that physical activity, including Pilates, involves inherent risks. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program.

b. Waiver of Liability

By attending our classes or using our Services, you agree to assume all risks associated with physical activity and release Oak Cliff Pilates, its owners, employees, and instructors from any liability for injury, illness, or other damages that may occur.

c. Facility Rules

Please follow our studio rules, including maintaining proper hygiene, respecting others, and treating our equipment with care. Failure to adhere to studio policies may result in removal from the premises or suspension of privileges.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, logos, and other materials, is the property of Oak Cliff Pilates or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
