Miguel is born and raised in Dallas TX, and attended Booker T. Washington as a dancer. Finding Pilates through a dance-related injury he gained back the strength and decided to pursue teaching Pilates. When Miguel isn’t teaching he enjoys long walks, reading, shopping, and dancing.
