At Oak Cliff Pilates, we strive to create the best experience for everyone in our community. As we grow and get busier, we’re implementing updated policies to ensure fairness and give everyone a chance to join classes—especially when waitlists are involved. Let’s work together to keep our studio running smoothly!
How to Book & Manage Classes
Use the App: Download the Oak Cliff Pilates app on Apple or Android to easily book and cancel classes, manage your membership, and stay on top of your schedule.
Class Cancellation Policy
Life happens, but when plans change, please be mindful and cancel your class in advance to allow others on the waitlist to join.
Cancel at least 4 hours before class: If you cancel within 4 hours of class, a $15 fee will be charged to your account, and you will lose that session.
This gives us enough time to alert someone on the waitlist to take your spot!
No-shows: If you miss class without cancelling, a $25 fee will be charged, and you will lose that session.
Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen. If something unexpected comes up, let us know, and we’ll work with you to reverse any charges.

Class Arrival Policy
Be on time: Arriving late disrupts the flow of the class and the experience for others. If you’re late or not fully prepared for class, we may kindly ask you to reschedule.
Plan ahead: Parking can sometimes be unpredictable, so give yourself extra time to arrive and settle in.
