We brought Pilates into the art world with our Art + Movement event at Gallery DeFi — a one-of-a-kind morning class inside one of Dallas’s most immersive art spaces.
Guests experienced a full-body Mat Pilates flow surrounded by world-class visual installations, blending art, energy, and movement into something unforgettable.
The event also supported The Mammogram Poster Girls, raising funds for free mammograms for women in need. It was a beautiful reminder that movement and creativity share the same purpose: connection and healing.
